What is the condo fee?

The condo fee is 22 Cents per unit square foot.

What does the condo fee include?

The fee includes:

  • Maintenance of all interior public spaces and exterior areas including the fitness center, elevator, and grounds

  • Snow removal

  • Trash removal

  • Water and sewer services

  • Taxes and insurance for common areas

What is the pet policy?

A maximum of two (2) dogs or cats or one dog and one cat may be kept by a Unit Owner in any Unit, provided that the combined weight of any dogs or cats must not be greater than eighty (80) pounds. Small animals other than dogs or cats (including hamsters, birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish) may be kept by a Unit Owner as household pets provided that such permitted species are not kept for any commercial purposes.

Where is the closet grocery store?

Giant Eagle and Aldi are both a short walk away. There is also a farmers market at 18th St. and Carson St. every Tuesday from 3:30pm - 7:30pm from Mother's day week to Thanksgiving.

Aside from restaurants and shopping, are there any other noteworthy attractions nearby for boat enthusiasts?

When will the condos be ready?

Buyers are already moving into sold units. Remaining units will be finished within 6 weeks from buyer’s selection of finishes.

Is off-street parking available?

Each unit comes with 1 underground parking space. 

What amenities are included?

Amenities include the following: a gym, elevator, a furnished guest suite/common meeting room (with full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom), garage parking, secure entry, individual storage units, pet washing facility and indoor bicycle storage. Select units also include private decks.
